INBODY - MEDICAL BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS

What is being tested?
The inner values matter!
Body weight alone is relatively insignificant. Our body composition analysis shows you the distribution of your muscle and fat mass as well as your bone mass to the gram. By measuring individual body regions based on the tetrapolar measurement derivative, we can help reveal muscular imbalances. Besides, the measurement of visceral fat enables an evaluation of the health condition with regard to widespread diseases such as diabetes mellitus type 2 or cardiovascular diseases.
 
For whom is the test suitable?
Basically, the test is suitable for everyone. Only people with pacemakers and pregnant women are not allowed to perform this test.

What do I have to consider before taking the test?
We recommend that you avoid physical activity and large meals before the InBody analysis. Metal jewelry should be removed before taking the test.

FMS - FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN

What is being tested?
Discover weakness in the sequence of your body movements!

A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. If individual body areas are impaired in any way, this is compensated by surrounding muscles. This results in muscular imbalances and possible injuries of the musculoskeletal system. The FMS identifies these "weak spots" with seven different standardized exercises. The results provide the necessary information for creating an individual training plan and thus help to pursue goals in a focused way.

For whom is the test suitable?
Basically, the test is suitable for everyone. Since some of the exercises are performed on the floor, laying down and getting up effortlessly is required.

What do I have to consider before taking the test?
The exercises are done without a warm-up. Choose clothes in which you feel comfortable and can move well in without restrictions. Wear shoes that you usually wear during sports.

IPN – ENDURANCE TEST

What is being tested?
Determine your optimal training heart rate!

The IPN-test is named after the German Institute for Prevention and Aftercare. It is a special software for the evaluation of endurance ability. The test is administered on a bicycle ergometer and can be individually adjusted to the person being tested. A workout to exhaustion is not necessary for this test. The aerobic performance is measured, which is the basis for determining the training heart rate for aerobic endurance training.

For whom is the test suitable?
Basically, the test is suitable for everyone. It is ideal for people interested in endurance sports who value cardiovascular or fat burning training.

What do I have to consider before taking the test?
The IPN test makes you sweat. Therefore, choose clothes that you would wear during a workout and can move well in without restrictions. Avoid strenuous physical activity directly before the test.

LACTATE PERFORMANCE DIAGNOSTICS

What is being tested?
Optimize your training from the very first minute!

With a lactate test, we find the perfect starting point for your training and give you precise and individual parameters for your goals. The test is administered under increasing stress on a bicycle ergometer or on a treadmill. The lactate formed in the body (a metabolic product) is measured by taking a drop of blood from the fingertip or earlobe at the beginning and at the end of each stress level. A special computer program analyzes the data and determines the individual aerobic threshold. For example, it points out the training areas where your body burns the most fat. Furthermore, you get to know about your body’s stubborn areas, problem areas, and performance limit. Simply tell your trainer your goals and have a training plan created that is tailored to you.

For whom is the test suitable?
The test is suitable for all performance levels and age groups and serves both health-oriented and performance-oriented people.

What do I have to consider before taking the test?
We recommend that your most recent meal take place at least two hours before the test. Avoid stimulants such as coffee, tea, and nicotine for three hours before the test. You should also avoid heavy physical exertion on the day of the test and on the previous day.
