PORRIDGE

Ingredients for 1 serving:
•    50g oat flakes
•    25g protein powder (optional)
•    1 apple
•    100ml milk
•    100ml water
•    Toppings of your choice

Preparation:
1.    Wash and finely grate the apple.
2.    Put the water and milk in a pot and warm it up slowly on the stove. Add the oat flakes and the grated apple.
3.    When the oat flakes have absorbed some of the water, reduce the heat and mix the protein powder with the slightly cooled oat porridge.
4.    Finally, pour the oatmeal into a bowl and add toppings as desired.


Toppings could be for example fruit, linseed, cereals, nuts or dried fruit!
