SALAD WITH YOGHURT DRESSING

Ingredients for 2 portions:
•    1 Romaine lettuce
•    Cherry tomatoes
•    2 slices of wholemeal bread
•    Parmesan
•    250g yoghurt
•    1 bunch of parsley
•    2EL olive oil
•    1EL Vinegar
•    1TL sugar
•    salt, pepper

Preparation:
1.    Wash and finely chop the parsley. Mix yoghurt, parsley, oil, vinegar, sugar and spices into a dressing.
2.    Wash and chop the lettuce and tomatoes. Toast the bread and then dice it.
3.    Arrange the lettuce, tomatoes, bread and parmesan on a plate and sprinkle with the dressing.


If desired, fry chicken breast or prawns and add them to the salad!
