Current access restrictions (from 04.03.2022)
→ The current regulations of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate apply indoors and outdoors for access to and participation in courses and sports programs in and on the UNIFIT facilities:
→ 3G regulation no longer applies, users of the sports program are also admitted without vaccination.
→ There are no longer any group restrictions or mandatory distance measures in place
→ In addition, no active corona symptoms may be present for access to our facilities and participation in our offers.
The current studio capacity utilization can be seen by the bar on our homepage home page. You can see the free capacities of a course when you register.

Access to UNIFIT is not permitted for individuals with symptoms of the common cold or those currently ill with Covid-19.
Bringing your own towel, which covers the entire body during training, is mandatory for each trainee.
Please bring your own drinking vessel, as we cannot provide glasses for hygienic reasons. The purchase of closed beverage bottles is also possible.
Childcare will remain closed for the time being. The premises of the childcare center will be temporarily used as an extended training area.
Before entering UNIFIT, all members must disinfect their hands. After training on a piece of equipment, the person training must disinfect it independently. Also after using a locker in the locker room, it must be disinfected independently. UNIFIT staff will monitor compliance with the rules to ensure the safety of all.
The training area is completely ventilated by opening the windows every two hours. In addition, ceiling fans are used.
All members are requested to wash their hands regularly and thoroughly. All persons in the studio must observe the general precautionary instructions of the BZgA, the so-called "cough etiquette" for protection against infection. This includes, for example: coughing / sneezing into the crook of your arm, not touching your face and not rubbing your eyes. The exact instructions can be found in the form of notices in the UNIFIT.
