Pilates for pregnant women

Your pregnancy is a fascinating and challenging time for you and your body. Pilates is a great way to gain more control over your body and to enhance your sense of well-being. Various hormonal and physiological changes occur during pregnancy. The exercises in our pilates classes are selected to help the body cope with these changes. The training supports to strengthening and relaxing of your lower back. Upper body and arms are also strengthened and prepared for all challenges that await you after childbirth. We also guide participants thorugh a small relaxation routine at the end of every lesson. Small groups and competent instructors ensure optimal support for each individual participant. A 10-day-card offers flexible times and the possibility of skipping classes at your convenience.

Duration: 1 hour

Term: Once a week for ten months

Date: Tuesdays 10 AM - 11 AM

Charges: 10 units for €79, TUK staff pay €69, TUK students pay €39. Members of UNIFIT pay only half the price.
