OUTDOOR FITNESS COURSES

From now on you can participate in some of our outdoor classes on site again! The most important information about the outdoor fitness courses are summarized on this page.

Course Program and registration

From 23rd of June 2021 there is no corona test obligation for the UNIFIT outdoor fitness classes on the UNISPORT outdoor facility! Please note that the test obligation for your training in the UNIFIT (indoor) still exists.

As usual, you can find the course offerings and registration on this page. The outdoor fitness courses are marked by "OD" ("Outdoor"). The regulations around the outdoor courses are based on the generally applicable hygiene and safety rules at UNIFIT.

After receiving the course registration card, the meeting point for the outdoor fitness courses is in front of course room 2, from where you will walk together to the outdoor training area on the UNISPORT outdoor grounds. The wearing of a mouth-nose covering is compulsory until immediately before the start of the course and again immediately afterwards.

Hygiene rules and further info

Each course participant must bring his/her own towel to the training. Any additional material used must be disinfected by the course participant after the course.

The general minimum distance of 1.5 meters applies. During the courses, a minimum distance of 3 meters applies, which is ensured by the appropriately prepared training areas. We ask that you observe the general traffic routes on the UNISPORT outdoor area, which are regulated on site by signs and floor markings.

The use of the sanitary facilities at UNIFIT is possible before and after a course. The changing rooms are available for changing shoes as well as for storing valuables.

In case of bad weather, the corresponding course will unfortunately have to be cancelled at short notice. You will be informed about this by e-mail before the course starts. If you are unable to attend a course at short notice after registering, please cancel in good time.

We look forward to our joint training in the context of the outdoor fitness courses!
