Beginners (I): Step is an effective cardiovascular training which strengthens the muscle groups in the lower body with exercises that are performed on a height-adjustable platform. This class introduces the basics of step aerobics, and combines upbeat music with simple choreographies. It develops condition related abilities and coordination skills through a joint-friendly workout and stimulates fat burning.
Intermediate Level (II): Knowledge of basic steps are required as the choreographies are increased in complexity. Easy turns and step variations are introduced. Having fun with the movement is the most important part of this course!
