Power-Workout

Power-Workout is a very intense full-body interval training that improves endurance, coordination and strength. Due to its high demand on the body, this course is recommended only for advanced participants who have several months of fitness experience. Our motto is to burn off your energy until the last minute. During the circuit training, participants perform different exercises at each station; during the stationary training, everyone stays in the same position and exercises in unison with the course instructor.
