Pilates I / II
The focus of pilates is the “powerhouse”, known as the lower back and abdominal areas, as well as the buttocks and the pelvic floor. All motion sequences are done in coordination with fluent breathing patterns. The stronger one's core is, the more resilient their back will be. Thus, their posture will be better. They will also be able to perform more graceful movements. The beginner’s class aims to teach participants basic pilates exercises and breathing techniques. The class for advanced participants sees these breathing techniques and exercises increase in complexity.
