JAZZ 1: In our Jazz course for beginners, participants begin warming up their muscles. Afterwards, they will learn to isolate their movements by focusing on single body parts and their corresponding muscle groups. While stretching is important, everyone can work individually on their stretching/flexibility. This course prefers to focus on learning the basic jazz steps. By the end of this class, participants will be able to dance a fully choreographed with the steps you have learned.
JAZZ 2: This advanced course focuses on repeating jazz exercises with intense stretching and strengthening exercises. These enable participants to focus on their body and its motion sequences. Participants will improve their jumping, stretching and floor work techniques, as well as their movement in the room and the diagonal jazz dance. Alternating choreographies of modern, musical, lyrical, latin and jazz dances will be practiced in this course.
