The Full-Body Workout is an effective and diverse total body workout. It's particularly demanding as participants will be working with theirown body weight. In this course, the most important muscle groups are strengthened while problem zones are tightened, giving participants the long term benefits of improved posture, enhanced wellbeing, and counteracted pain. The rhythm of the music and the group dynamics increase motivation and the overall sense of fun. Since each exercise can be performed at a different intensity level, the courses are suitable for all levels of training, from beginners to competitive athletes.
